1. Service

BesteSIM sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. A plan provides the data allowance and validity shown at the time of purchase for the listed destination.

2. Device compatibility

You are responsible for making sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. An eSIM profile can usually be installed only once; do not delete it after installing.

3. Validity and usage

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination, unless the plan description says otherwise. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period. Network speed and coverage depend on the local partner network.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Refunds

If your eSIM cannot be delivered, we refund the full amount. For other refund requests, contact support from My eSIMs → Help.
