What we collect

Your email address, the plans you buy, your eSIM identifiers (ICCID) and usage balance, and any billing details you enter in your account. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Why we use it

To deliver and support your eSIM, send receipts and sign-in links, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We send marketing emails only if you switch on “Deals & offers”.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor (Stripe) and the network partners that provide your eSIM — only what they need to provide the service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms, and a cookie that remembers your currency. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion from My eSIMs → Account, or by emailing help@example.com.
